Hi, I’m Natalie!
I’m a mom of three active boys, a Registered Massage Therapist, a Certified Athletic Therapist, and currently working toward becoming a Certified Pre- and Post-Natal Conditioning Specialist.

After having kids, I refused to accept the idea that I had to live in my "new normal" body, uncomfortable and limited. I experienced some accidental leaks, unexplained pelvic and low back pain, and my core strength felt non-existent. As someone who’s always been active, I struggled to keep up with my kids and my usual pace of life.

When I couldn’t find the right help, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Now, I’m here to ensure that no other mom feels left without the support they need to feel strong, confident, and in control of their body again.
